Shipping policy

Printed to order

Every Australian Slang hoodie is printed when you order it, then shipped straight to you by our production partner. That's how we keep prices fair and avoid piles of unsold stock.

How long will it take?

Most Australian orders arrive within about 2 weeks of ordering. International orders can take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, as delays with carriers and customs can happen.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Where do you ship?

Australia-wide and to most countries overseas. If your country is available at checkout, we can get it to you.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way you'll get an email with tracking details.

Hasn't turned up?

If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of ordering, email us at australianslang.admin@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it up. If it's lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Check your address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Because each order is printed straight away, we can't change the address once printing has started, and we can't cover orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.

Orders outside Australia

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
