How long will my order take?

Each hoodie is printed when you order it. Most Australian orders arrive within about 2 weeks. International orders can take a little longer. Shipping details

How much is shipping?

It's calculated at checkout based on your location, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, to most countries. If yours shows up at checkout, we ship there.

What size should I get?

Our hoodies are an oversized, drop-shoulder fit. Get your usual size for that relaxed look, or go one size down for a closer fit. Each product page has a size chart in cm. The easiest check is to lay a hoodie you already own flat and measure across from armpit to armpit, then compare it with the chart.

Can I return or exchange my hoodie?

Because every hoodie is printed to order, we can't take returns or swap sizes for change of mind or wrong size. If something's wrong with your order, though, we'll sort it out. Refund policy

My hoodie arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?

Sorry about that. Email australianslang.admin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How do I look after it?

Wash it inside out at 30°C or cooler on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly on the print. No bleach or dry cleaning.

What do "Cooked" and "Rooted" mean?

If you have to ask, you're not from round here. Cooked: completely done. Fried, knackered, stuffed. Rooted: broken beyond repair, whether that's the ute, the knees or the budget.
